FAQ
how many photos do i RECEIVE?
You will receive a minimum of 50 images per hour, but typically MUCH more. I do not put a cap or max to the images I send, so be prepared to have a large gallery! :)
do you offer payment plans?
Yes. To reserve/confirm the booking a 30% retainer is required. The final balance is not due until he day of the shoot/wedding. I can split that final balance into incremented payments as needed upon request. No worries there!
what happens if i need to reschedule, an emergency comes up, or if the weather is bad?
There is no fee or charge to reschedule the session, so no stress there. The deposit is nonrefundable, so we will work together to find a new date.
do you travel for shoot s?
Oh YES! I absolutely love traveling for weddings & shoots! For weddings within the USA, there is no additional travel fee if you book an 8 or 12 hour package! For international gigs, there is a travel fee of flight and hotel accommodations depending upon the specific booking. For portrait shoots, there is zero travel fee within 120 miles of Miami, Florida. Anything outside of that distance, there will be a fee to comp gas/time.
How do you edit the images? DO you remove imperfections l ike acne, scars, and stains?
Each gallery I edit is unique & tailored to the vibe & vision of the subjects in each specific shoot. I like to keep the final product authentic to the energy we were going for. Sometimes that is more bright & colorful, sometimes that is dark & moody — each session is unique. As for details like acne, scars, stains, wrinkles, and distractions in the background.. those will all be removed & fixed up! You get the full package with me!
do you have a second shooter with you for weddings?
For 8 hour and 12 hour weddings, YES, ALWAYS! I make sure my second shooter/assistant is capturing the in-between moments & assisting with the details of the day (fixing dress, posing, additional angles, etc). For 4 hour weddings, I typically handle those alone since they are smaller, but upon request can bring a second shooter.
how far in advance should we reach out?
There is no right answer for this because it always just depends on what is available. The early, the better, just because it allows us time to make sure the date is open, we go over all details, and plan all of the ideas we have without feeling rushed. I do take short notice bookings as well, so am equipped to work with both. :) Whether it’s next year, or next week.. hit me up!
do you help with posing and guidance?
Absolutely. I understand most people aren’t used to getting there photos taken so it can be bit daunting intimidating, but NO STRESS — I will guide you through poses, give queue’s for actions, turn on some music & we will have a blast! I am down to earth so will make it my top priority that you feel comfortable & that it is FUN & playful, not stressful & stiff.
how do we get the photos?
You will receive your sneak peeks within the first week after the session, then the full gallery will be delivered via PicTime within 4 weeks. I give myself the to edit due to the quantity of shoots I have, as well as, wanting to make sure I get all of the details. You’re welcome to expedite this process for an additional fee & I will bump it up to the top of priority list for editing. Just let me know and we can add that.
FOR BRANDING AND EDITORIAL SHOOTS, DO YOU ASSIST WITH CREATIVE GUIDANCE?
YES, upon request. Some clients come to me with a vision already in mind. Some clients come to me with no concept created yet, and we are able to create one together! :) I can assist you in finding your brand niche, colors, vibe, aesthetic and making sure we. capture that in the session. Both are great!
do you have vendors you can refer?
Yes, I have worked with a variety of vendors that I can refer to you depending on what you need. Hair and makeup artists, DJ’s, florists, you name it.. I will help you find it.
